How much is the deposit?
Our deposit usually ranges from 50% to 60% of the total project cost, but it depends on whether we need to buy the paint and/or materials or you are providing them yourself. If the former, we will buy everything that is needed once the deposit is paid and the check clears.
What is the process for house painting once I sign my contract?
After you sign the contract and pay the deposit, we will schedule the start date for your house painting project. If you haven’t chosen the paint color(s) yet, we require you to send us your selection at least three days before your scheduled start date.
What is the timeline like for house painting?
As you probably expect, the timeline is different for every house painting job. However, we will provide an estimated completion time that takes things that could cause delays into account, such as poor weather.
Do I need to be present?
We don’t require our customers to be home when we provide house painting services, so we can complete the painting while you are at work, taking care of other responsibilities, or even if you are not in town.
